Our Constitution
The PCMA Constitution is a living document and aims to guide the management and control of the affairs of the PCMA. Amendments to the Constitution may be made at a General Meeting in the first year of its application. A proposed change becomes effective immediately. Proposed changes will be carried if there is two thirds vote in its favour, counted out of voting members present, valid postal and proxy votes.
